One of the simplest and most accessible stress relievers we have is nature.

 

All we have to do sometimes to be relaxed and re-energized is to get out of the "box" in which we are sitting (the house, the car, the office) and go outside.

 

Just a couple minutes of sunlight and a breath of fresh air can work wonders to reset our mood and attitude.
